Kamal Bennani Photography

Please find below the list of the generous Empire Avenue Leaders who helped so many players to become EA Leaders too.

Sir Rudiger and some amazing players are going to run a lot of invest missions in order to thank those generous donors. As promised, I’ll invest 100 millions eaves in invest missions for those donors, starting today.

A list of players running invest missions for those donors is available at the bottom of this article.
If you want to participate in this ‘thank you’ operation, please leave a comment with your ticker and the URL(s) to your invest mission(s).

Saying Yes To Roller Skating

Corky Bloom Studio

Sometimes you need to do things that are not in your comfort zone. I like to pride myself that I will try new things. Yet, the older that I get, my comfort zone is beginning to shrink. I believe that my time is precious  and the possibility of getting hurt has made me think twice about trying new things. Once in awhile, there is something that seems to creep in through my comfort zone and gets me to do something that I never thought I would do. That thing for me was roller skating.

To me roller skating has been irrelevant for years. Going down to your local roller rink to jam out to music seem so 70’s. Sure inline skating is still popular, but this guy wants nothing to do with it. When a couple of people took me to the roller rink on the weekend, it totally caught…

United Airlines Broke My Guitar and Delta Now Offers Pet Tracking with Wireless GPS

Delta Now Offering Pet Tracking with Wireless GPS

Source: thepointsguy.com

Delta has got it right in this case, pun intended.  Not only will they let you track your luggage and pay you a penalty of 2,500 Sky Miles if your luggage doesn’t turn up within 20 minutes, but they will also track your pet for you with GPS.

This is a great response to a PR debacle when people flew to New York for the prestigious Westminster Dog Show, but their pets ended up in Seattle and other places, not New York. Unlike United, they have taken a really bad situation, learned from it, committed to a better result and now provide a service which people will trust.

As to United, not only do they have a reputation for damaging guitars, they don’t appear to have learned from it. I stopped flying with them after a trip to Orlando, where…

Celebrating the 12th Full Moon Social Media Event with Pie, Contests, and Moon Pie #FullMoonEngageMe

Empire Kred

Pink sky and full moon image

The Full Pink Moon

This April full Moon heralded the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox (one of the first spring flowers). It is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Seed Moon, the Egg Moon, and the Fish Moon since it is also the time of year when fish would swim upstream to spawn. Historically, Native Americans living in what is now the northern and eastern United States kept track of the seasons by giving a distinctive name to each full Moon. With some variations, the same Moon names were used throughout the Algonquian tribes from New England to Lake Superior.

#FullMoonEngageMe Social Media Event N°12 Schedule
